- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging

To initiate a return:

Clear photos/videos of the issue - Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Return request is approved after inspection
- Product is received back in acceptable condition
Refund Modes:
- Original payment method (preferred)
- Bank transfer (if required)
Refund Timeline:
- Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
- It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, based on availability
Cancellation Policy

- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
