Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

    Order ID
    Product details
    Clear photos/videos of the issue
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Return request is approved after inspection
  • Product is received back in acceptable condition

Refund Modes:

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Bank transfer (if required)

Refund Timeline:

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, based on availability

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged/incorrect items
  • For other cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
